Tomorrow is World Food Day.  ActionAid has for some time understood the power of communication through great contemporary designersartistsphotographers.  This time commissioned amazing Edinburgh-based photographer Gavin Evans to create a one-off image for the UK campaign HungerFREE.  The image portrays a pair of hands holding a bowl, apparently filled with food but close up actually contains hundreds of handcuffs -- hunger imprisons millions around the world.
This photographer has a portfolio of David Bowie, Bjork, Daniel Craig, Nick Cave, Harrods, Selfridges and others -- A great example of "Great practitioner+Good Cause = Big Impact".  Respect.
