do design thinking

Yesterday I participated in a little design thinking experience at Novabase Portugal as part of their knowledge-transfer project.  Novabase is implementing design thinking into their core practices.  Through having their employees transfer the newly absorbed knowledge to a random person, it makes them better understand the design thinking process.  So it is not all fun and games!
