The global editor of IDEO and author of "Beginner's guide to the end" Shoshana Berger (US), former head of design ustwo™ and author of "Ends" Joe MacLeod (GB) and climate venture lead CIID Copenhagen Institute of Interaction Design Francesca Desmarais (US)

We will focus our attention on why and how things end, and delve into how to plan for - design if you wish - endings in four main areas: Products (incl. Hardware and software) ; Services ; Relationships ; Life.
